Payee Programs

St. Paul's Community Center's Representative Payee Program provides financial management for more than 600 unduplicated individuals in Lucas County who live independently with mental and/or physical disabilities. The program works as a homeless prevention program by ensuring the individual’s rent and utilities are paid in a timely manner. Excess income is distributed throughout the month based on the needs and wants of each individual.
